Booking terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions apply when ordering directly from Vesterland Holiday Park AS, such as via website, telephone, email, etc.
When booking through a travel agency or third party, these terms and conditions do not apply. Please see your order confirmation or contact the third party for an overview of the applicable terms and conditions.
Booking conditions accommodation
Cancellation:
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation is free of charge until 4:00 PM the day before check-in. If cancelled after this time, we will charge 100% of the price for the first night.
For non-refundable rates (marked non-refundable), the total amount will be charged in full at the time of booking. This will not be refunded under any circumstances. We encourage guests who choose this category to have active travel insurance.
No-show:
In the event of a no-show, the total amount for the entire booking will be charged at 100%.
Payment:
Vesterland is a cashless hotel. We accept payment via the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Diners.
Card details are verified at the time of booking. For full-flex reservations, we will attempt to charge your card at 5:00 AM on the check-in date. If the transaction does not go through, we will require payment for the stay upon arrival at the reception before the key is handed over.
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out before 11:00 AM.
Taxes and fees:
All amounts include the current VAT rate. As of 01.04.2026 this is 12% for accommodation and 25% for any included meals.
Force Majeure:
Events beyond our control, such as fire, strikes, government-imposed restrictions, etc., which make it impossible to fulfill the order as agreed, Vesterland Holiday Park AS has the right to cancel the order without liability for damages.
